Hello my lovely sisters,

I understand you very well. I'm here only to help you in all the best possible ways I can. I know many of you are struggling and moving through this phase. 

Many of you won't be having elder sister or mother or grand mother to tell you what to do and what not to.....

I've also been badly through all this. So I've decided to help myself and to all my sisters. 

Let's together spread this awareness. Let's take an oath to make an every female well aware about taking care of personal hygiene as we female are considered to be as the "Janani" in our many sacred books which means " we are the one who has created this society" 

We women are very very powerful so we can bring immense change in this society. Let's bless our society with goodness and sharing of our beautiful thoughts.

Here's I'm sharing few quick and reliable intimate hygiene tips which are tried and tested well :)

Daily vagina care

1. A normal vaginal pH level is between 3.8 and 4.5, which is moderately acidic in nature then only your vagina will be considered healthy.

2. Its very important to clean your vagina every single day and you should use a product which helps you to maintain the pH level of your vagina.

3. You can use a very mild soap but never use body wash, hand wash, conditioner etc

4. You can use "Pee safe natural intimate hygiene wash"

5. Use it on your outer coverage i.e Pubic hair and Vulva but don't use in the tunnel. 

    Apply it and gently massage for 1-2 minutes and then rinse it off. It will clean up that area. 

    Do not go harsh on your vagina as it's the most delicate organ of our body.

6. Maintain it as a part of our daily shower routine

7. Now never use scissors to trim your hair. Trimming hair is essential before you shave your vagina 

8. Use any good brand trimmer to trim your hair

9. Keep a small mirror with you to see your near around vaginal area properly.

10. This Pee safe works as a shaving cream too. So you can apply and shave easily.

11. Use a good quality razor like of Gillette.. that's really flexible and adjustable.

Always invest on a razor which has flexible head + change your razor timely (if possible then use a new razor every time)

12. Use warm water while shaving

13.  After shaving routine use vitamin E / fragrance free moisturizer

14. Always wear cotton panties of good brands

15. Use "Pee safe toilet seat sanitizing spray" keep it in your purse 24*7. Just spray wait for 10 seconds. 

It dries out very quickly and you can pee safely now. Please sanitize everything properly before you touch toilet pipe, knobs etc 

16. Use any anti infection powder of good brand like Candid Activ talc

Use it before you wear your panty

17. Always keep your vagina dry after your wash. 

18. Do not apply there any kind of deodorants, perfumes etc as it disturbs the pH level of your vagina

How to shave pubic hair ?

1. Trim your hair

2.  Use scrub - coffee powder + sugar + gram flour + honey...this will lighten your dark skin

3.  Take light hot water in a tub and sit on it ...this will soft your hair follicles and you'll be easily able to shave.

4.  Now you can shave ...for shaving your razor has to be clean and sharp not dull. If you'll use dull razor then in that case you can face the problem of skin irritation or bumps.

5. Change your razor blade timely if it doesn't work.

6. Now you can shave but before that you need to apply shaving cream.

DIY shaving cream = dove soap or any mild soap (heat it in double boiler) + add honey and coconut oil now = shaving cream ready

7. Now shave in the opposite direction of hair to get cleaned skin

8.  Now to reduce your hair growth prepare a mixture of Alum powder (fit Kari) + rose water and apply in your shaved area. It will keep you away from any burning sensation + it will smooth your skin and tone your skin + it will reduce your hair growth

9. Use finally a good moisturizer like coconut oil.

Note: Try not to wear anything tight till one hour like jeans etc
